- Include Prior Names: Finally, the "Include Prior Names" option lets you decide whether to include previous names of businesses in your search. It's now time to select between a Certified Copy or Non-Certified Copy. A Certified Copy will include an additional page with a certification stamp affirming that the document(s) are true and complete copies as filed for record in the office.
